Whether creating a restaurant, a retail experience, or a cultural venue, she builds systems, spaces, and identities that resonate—inviting connection, memory, and delight.
Sean Larkin — Brewer + Fermentation Specialist + Cultural Space-Maker
A punk at heart and a master of the brew, Sean Larkin is a cultural disruptor with 25+ years of experience creating inclusive spaces that blend music, food, fermentation, and underground culture. Deeply rooted in Providence, Rhode Island, Sean’s work redefines hospitality through a commitment to inclusivity, joy, and creative exchange. His expertise in fermentation is not only technical—it’s alchemical. With a deep understanding of brewing science, he has developed award-winning beers that have garnered international acclaim, including gold and silver medals from the World Beer Championships and the Great International Beer Festival.
As a co-founder of Revival Brewing Company, TROOP, and Lost Valley Pizza and Brewery, Sean is known for curating experiences that center people—welcoming all to gather around tables, soundsystems, and good conversation. His ethos is both simple and radical: food and drink should nourish both body and soul. He believes that bars and kitchens, like studios and stages, are sites of connection, resistance, and celebration. Through his work, Sean continues to transform Rhode Island’s hospitality landscape—one inclusive space at a time.
